Dear Mr. Jacobs

The original spreadsheet of the approval was filed with the 2013 approval of allocations in my office. Please note that the original spreadsheets of all approvals are usually kept by my office once it is given to the secretary for filing. This system is in place to maintain accountability of all approvals and it is useful in cases when documents go missing, there is the original or a copy of the approval as evidence of the approval.
