Lethem lot allocated to GWI sold to woman from Corentyne for $800,000

A lot assigned to Guyana Water Inc in Tabatinga, Lethem will feature prominently into any fraud investigation into CHPA.

Copies of this file and more details will be shared. But the new housing officer looking into some other matter came across files showing details of this transaction.

To make things a bit more interesting. Housing Officer Yvonne Kissoon sold this plot to a lady from the Corentyne (name and details to follow)

File indicated that the person was squatting on land which was a lie but necessary to cover tracks. While Kissoon sold this plot and it was approved in Georgetown, her boss, Denise King Tudor sat on GWI Board as a rep from CHPA!

Whether $800,000 was deposited into the agency account is another matter the investigators will figure out. But it’s highly unlikely such an illegitimate transaction $800,000 was all the money passed over by the buyer.
